Zaoui & Co

Founded in 2013 by brothers Michael and Yoël Zaoui, the firm was created after senior careers at Morgan Stanley and Goldman Sachs. It operates as an independent advisory boutique based in London, with a Luxembourg entity, and is authorised and regulated by the UK Financial Conduct Authority.

Zaoui & Co advises corporations, entrepreneurs, families, significant shareholders, boards and management teams on mergers and acquisitions, strategic and financial transactions, and major investment decisions. Its work is concentrated on complex, often cross-border situations where senior-level judgement and discretion matter.

The firm’s particular strength is senior-led M&A advice. Michael previously co-headed European M&A at Morgan Stanley, while Yoël was co-head of global M&A at Goldman Sachs; their published transaction record includes major European takeovers, defences, mergers and restructurings.
