XY Capital Group

XY Capital Group is a Hong Kong- and London-based systematic arbitrage proprietary trading firm and asset manager. Its London operating company, XY Capital Europe Limited, was incorporated on October 1, 2020.

The group has two businesses: XY Prop, which trades the firm's own capital across APAC equities, futures and options, and XY Asset Management, which launched in 2021 and runs a market- and factor-neutral quantitative statistical-arbitrage strategy focused on China A-share equities.

The firm's main strengths are quantitative research, proprietary trading infrastructure and opportunities created by complex market structures across APAC and EMEA. Its teams combine trading, quantitative research and technology to develop models, portfolios and execution systems.
