Founded in 2002 in Poland, XTB began brokerage operations in 2005 and has been listed on the Warsaw Stock Exchange since 2016. It has developed from a leveraged-trading broker into a broader retail-investing platform serving clients across Europe and other international markets.

XTB offers access to stocks, ETFs, CFDs, currencies, indices and commodities through its proprietary xStation platform and mobile app. Its products combine execution, market analysis, research, charting, educational content and portfolio tools in one digital interface.

The firm is especially strong in technology-led retail distribution and client acquisition. Product and technology teams represented 616 of the Group’s 1,516 employees and associates at the end of 2025, while the business reported 1,189,422 active clients for the year and more than 2.9 million investors on its current corporate site.
