West Hill Capital LLP was incorporated in 2013, building on the broader West Hill Corporate Finance business established in 2003. The firm operates from London and is an appointed representative of West Hill Corporate Finance Limited, which is authorised and regulated by the FCA.

West Hill combines venture capital investing with private-company fundraising. It provides direct investment opportunities to institutional, corporate and private investors, while helping businesses raise growth capital through EIS and SEIS structures, including at pre-IPO stages.

Its clearest area of strength is funding innovative, scalable businesses—especially technology companies and specialist financial-services businesses.
