Founded in London in 2016 by Christian Jamison, Robert Savage and Jeff Kelter, Valor Real Estate Partners is a specialist urban-logistics investment and asset-management platform. It invests in industrial and distribution properties in and around major European cities, with offices in London, Paris and Berlin.

Valor sources, acquires, develops and manages assets for institutional investors, using in-house investment, asset-management, development, leasing, finance and research capabilities. Its strategy focuses on supply-constrained urban locations where warehouses provide efficient access to dense consumer markets and delivery networks.

The firm is particularly strong in last-mile logistics: its portfolio spans more than 200 assets across 11+ European gateway cities, and it uses proprietary technology, analytics and local market research to identify opportunities and improve properties through active asset management.
