Urban Partners

Founded as Nrep in 2005, Urban Partners is a Copenhagen-based European private investment manager, owner and operator. The firm invests across the urban built environment and has expanded from its real-estate roots into credit and venture capital.

Its main activities span real estate equity, real estate credit and venture capital. The real-estate and credit strategies are being unified under the Urban Partners brand during 2026, while 2150 remains a distinct venture-capital arm focused on technologies for energy, industrial decarbonisation, advanced manufacturing, mobility and urban systems.

Urban Partners is especially strong in Northern European real estate, combining hyperlocal market teams with in-house development, asset-management and sustainability expertise. Its investment focus includes residential, workspaces, logistics, social infrastructure and the financing of brown-to-green transitions.
