TreasurySpring
A fintech platform giving institutions digital access to diversified, short-term cash investments and secured money-market products.
Highlights
About TreasurySpring
TreasurySpring was co-founded in 2016 by Kevin Cook, Matthew Longhurst and James Skillen, whose backgrounds include short-dated fixed income, hedge funds, asset management and financial technology. The business was shaped by lessons from the 2008 financial crisis and the difficulty many institutions faced accessing diversified, secured cash investments.
The firm operates a digital institutional cash-investment platform built around Fixed-Term Funds (FTFs). Through one onboarding, corporate treasurers, funds, charities and other institutions can access products including reverse repo, government bills, supranational and agency issuance, commercial paper, certificates of deposit and short-term loans.
TreasurySpring is strongest in simplifying wholesale money-market access: its platform provides more than 1,100 investment-grade cash products across more than 120 counterparties and nine currencies, with terms ranging from one day to one year. Its model combines technology, capital-markets expertise and portfolio diversification rather than traditional asset-management fund selection.
