Founded in 2021 by Cyril Aboujaoude, Grégoire Louisy and Shahan Sarkissian, Tioopo Capital is a multi-family-office-backed private equity firm with offices in London and Paris. It invests across France and the United Kingdom, focusing on established small and mid-sized businesses rather than early-stage companies.

Tioopo targets businesses with roughly €2 million–€10 million of EBITDA and uses buyout or large-minority structures. Its portfolio spans niche areas including luxury and craft, medical devices, textiles, fire and security, automotive and real estate.
