SRLV began in 1988, when childhood friends Richard Rosenberg and Laurence Finger formed Richard Laurence & Co to advise actors, singers and other creative-industry clients. The firm later expanded its corporate offering, adopted the SRLV name and grew through organic development and strategic acquisitions.

Based in London’s West End, SRLV provides accountancy, audit, tax, business management and corporate advisory services. Its four divisions are Creative, Corporate, Entrepreneurs and Private, serving clients across music, entertainment, sport, hospitality, luxury retail, real estate, technology and private wealth.
