Slate Asset Management

Slate Asset Management was co-founded by Blair and Brady Welch in 2005. It is a privately held alternative investment platform focused on real assets across North America and Europe.

The firm invests through three main businesses: real estate equity, real estate credit and infrastructure. Its strategies span core-plus to opportunistic investments, including essential retail, healthcare, logistics, transitional commercial real estate lending and infrastructure linked to energy transition, supply chains and digital systems.
