Sculptor Capital Management

Founded in 1994 as Och-Ziff, the firm changed its name to Sculptor Capital Management in September 2019. Rithm Capital completed its acquisition of Sculptor on November 17, 2023, after which Sculptor's public shares were delisted.

Sculptor manages alternative investment strategies across credit, real estate and multi-strategy platforms. Its approach combines bottom-up research, flexible capital allocation and integrated risk management to pursue opportunities across complex or overlooked markets.

The firm is especially associated with opportunistic investing, including asset-based finance and other credit strategies, real estate private equity and private credit, and high-conviction multi-strategy portfolios. It currently operates from New York, London, Hong Kong and Abu Dhabi.
