About Saxenhammer
Saxenhammer was founded in 2006 by Christian Saxenhammer, who had previously worked in restructuring at Roland Berger and mid-market investment banking at Lincoln International. The firm is headquartered in Berlin and operates across Germany and international markets, with offices listed in Berlin, Frankfurt, Munich, Zurich and London.
The firm advises entrepreneurs, medium-sized companies and investors on sell-side and buy-side M&A, company succession, carve-outs, special situations, debt and equity financing, and broader corporate finance. Its work spans sectors including industrials, technology, consumer goods and retail, real estate and infrastructure.
Saxenhammer is particularly strong in German mid-market transactions, complex or time-sensitive situations, and cross-border advisory.
