Savills is especially strong in transaction advisory and property-level services. In FY2025, Transaction Advisory generated £966.2 million of revenue, while Property and Facilities Management generated £943.3 million and Consultancy generated £546.6 million. Its research-led model combines local market coverage with cross-border advice across EMEA, Asia Pacific and North America.
