Founded in late 2019 by Aman Behzad, Royal Park Partners is an independent investment bank focused exclusively on financial technology. It is headquartered in London and also has an office in New York, with an affiliate presence in Singapore.

The firm advises fintech companies, investors and institutions on capital raising, M&A and IPO preparation, covering areas including payments, banking technology, wealthtech, lending, insurtech, capital-markets technology and crypto. Its published deal record includes mandates for companies such as BMLL, Celeris, Autochartist, Moniepoint, Sipay, BUX and Thought Machine.

Its clearest strength is specialist fintech execution across both fundraising and exits: the firm says it has advised on more than 50 transactions and supported over $2 billion of capital raised.
