Redington

Founded in 2006, Redington is a London-based investment consultancy that joined Arthur J. Gallagher & Co. in October 2024. It continues to operate as a specialist investment-advice business within Gallagher, serving primarily UK clients.

Redington advises pension funds, wealth managers, insurers, charities, endowments and other institutional investors. Its work covers asset allocation, investment strategy, manager research, risk management, fiduciary oversight, defined-contribution schemes and responsible investment, supported by research and technology services.

The firm is particularly associated with independent, outcome-oriented advice and integrating sustainability into investment decisions rather than treating ESG as a separate workstream. Its Global Assets business has represented clients with more than £100 billion in assets, and Redington says it was the first B Corp-certified investment consultancy in the UK.
