Redevco

Founded in 1999, Redevco grew out of the European property portfolio built by C&A and is part of COFRA, the family-owned investment group active in real estate, private equity and asset management. Based in Amsterdam, Redevco now operates as a pan-European real estate investment management platform.

Redevco invests in and manages retail parks, retail and mixed-use properties, residential and leisure assets, logistics and real estate debt. Its platform combines investment, development and asset management, with local teams working across seven European offices.

The firm is especially strong in urban regeneration and retail-park investment, using redevelopment and mixed-use strategies to improve asset performance and the surrounding urban environment. Sustainability is central to its investment approach: Redevco has committed to making its portfolio net zero carbon by 2040 and has set interim 2030 emissions-reduction targets.
