Perch Group

Perch Group was established in 2016; the current Perch Group Limited holding company was incorporated in 2018. It brings together Perch Capital, ACI-UK, TM Legal Services, Verify and Connect across the credit-management lifecycle.

The group purchases and services debt portfolios, conducts collections, provides litigation and enforcement services, and offers field-reconnection and outsourced contact-centre capabilities. Its model combines portfolio analytics, digital collection platforms and customer-contact operations rather than relying solely on traditional collections.

Perch is particularly strong in integrated, data-led debt resolution: it reports overseeing more than two million customers and assets exceeding £2.5 billion. The careers site currently lists graduate and technology roles, but states that it does not offer internships at present.
