Park Place Technologies

Founded in Cleveland in 1991 by Dan Grajzl and John Warcaba as Park Place International, the company later focused exclusively on data center hardware maintenance and adopted the Park Place Technologies name in 2010. Its global headquarters remain in Cleveland, Ohio.

Park Place provides third-party maintenance for storage, server, and networking hardware, alongside professional services, managed infrastructure services, network-performance monitoring software, hardware procurement, and related infrastructure support. Its multi-vendor model lets customers manage equipment from different OEMs through one service partner.

The firm is especially strong in post-warranty infrastructure support: it combines a global parts network, follow-the-sun operations, on-site engineering, and flexible service levels to extend hardware lifecycles and reduce the cost and complexity of maintaining data center environments. In January 2026, it completed a merger with Service Express, expanding its scale across traditional, cloud, and AI-oriented infrastructure.
