Panmure Liberum

Panmure Liberum was formed in May 2024 through the merger of Panmure Gordon and Liberum. The combined firm draws on Panmure Gordon's history dating to 1876 and Liberum's establishment in 2007, giving it 150 years of combined heritage in UK public markets.

The firm combines investment banking, research, institutional sales and execution. Its advisory work covers equity capital raising, M&A, corporate broking, debt advisory, growth capital and strategic advice, while its equities business includes research, sales trading, market making and execution.

Panmure Liberum is particularly strong in advising UK-listed and growth companies, linking corporate clients with institutional investors and providing sector-focused public-markets research. Its corporate-broking platform is supported by investor-relations activity, international distribution partnerships and more than 3,000 investor meetings annually.
