ONERWAY says it was founded in the UK in 2017. Its UK operating entity is Ronghan International Limited, a private company incorporated in April 2015 and classified by Companies House under financial intermediation.

The firm provides payment acceptance, global payouts and embedded-finance infrastructure for businesses. Its platform supports online and in-person payments, subscriptions, refunds, disputes, fraud prevention and bank transfers through APIs and hosted checkout tools.

ONERWAY is especially focused on cross-border commerce: the company reports support for more than 170 payment methods, 160 countries and regions, and 80 currencies. In the UK, Ronghan International Limited is authorised by the FCA as an Electronic Money Institution rather than a bank.
