Founded in 2011 by David Zisser, Omnam Investment Group is a privately held real estate investment and development firm headquartered in London. Its projects are concentrated in European hospitality, with activity spanning Italy, France, the Netherlands and other European markets.

Omnam works across the development lifecycle, including investment, acquisition, design, development, project delivery, asset management and exit. Its portfolio includes luxury hotels, branded residences and mixed-use schemes developed with operators such as Marriott International, Rosewood Hotels & Resorts, Four Seasons and Kimpton.

The firm is especially strong at repositioning heritage or underutilised properties in high-profile destinations. Current and recent examples include The Lake Como EDITION, Rosewood Hotel Bauer in Venice, Baccarat Florence, POST Rotterdam and Four Seasons Puglia.
