Founded in 2006 and headquartered in Denver, Northwood Investors is a vertically integrated real estate company that owns and manages properties across the United States and Europe. Its platform includes offices in the U.S., United Kingdom, Luxembourg, and France.

Northwood invests across office, hospitality, retail and mixed-use, multifamily, and urban logistics. It combines investment management with in-house leasing, development, property management, and operating businesses, allowing it to execute repositioning and operational improvement plans at the asset level.
