Founded in 1939 and headquartered in New York, Neuberger Berman is a 100% employee-owned investment manager with no external shareholders. The firm operates across 26 countries and manages capital for institutions, financial intermediaries and private clients.

Its platform spans public and private markets, including equities, fixed income, private credit, private equity, real assets, hedge funds, liquid alternatives and multi-asset strategies. As of June 30, 2026, it reported $613 billion in assets under management, including $422 billion in public markets and $191 billion in private markets.
