NCR Atleos Corporation

NCR Atleos became an independent, publicly traded company on October 16, 2023, after being spun out of NCR Corporation, now NCR Voyix. Its corporate heritage extends back to 1884, but its current identity is centered on self-service financial access rather than NCR Voyix’s retail and hospitality technology businesses.

The company provides ATM and interactive teller machine hardware, software, installation, maintenance, managed services, ATM processing, and the Allpoint surcharge-free ATM network. Its ATM-as-a-Service offering combines these capabilities into an outsourced operating model for banks, retailers, and other financial-services providers.

Atleos is especially strong in operating large-scale ATM estates and generating recurring service revenue. As of September 2026, it remains a standalone business but is expected to be acquired by The Brink’s Company in the first quarter of 2027, subject to remaining closing conditions.
