Incorporated in the UK on 14 February 2012, Natrium Capital is an independent corporate-finance and M&A boutique headquartered in London, with a listed European office in Paris. It is authorised and regulated by the UK Financial Conduct Authority.

The firm advises clients on acquisitions, divestments, strategic projects and complex cross-border transactions across chemicals and materials, including specialty chemicals, personal-care and food ingredients, engineering materials, paints, coatings, inks, adhesives, biotechnology and sustainable technologies. Its public materials do not support positioning it primarily as a metals, mining or natural-resources investment firm.

Natrium’s distinctive strength is combining sector-specific scientific knowledge with transaction execution: the firm says most of its team members have chemistry or related science degrees.
