Founded in 1923 by Herbert Kingston and George Alan Smith, Moore Kingston Smith joined the Moore Global network in 2019. Following its 2026 merger with Moore South, the wider group has more than 120 partners and 1,600 people across the UK and Ireland.

The firm provides audit, tax, corporate finance, restructuring, valuation, outsourced accounting, risk, digital transformation and other advisory services. Its client base spans entrepreneurial businesses, private equity, financial services, technology, real estate, charities, education, media and entertainment.

It is particularly established in media and marketing, where its West End practice has operated since 1991 and its annual Media Survey covers more than 250 marketing-services companies.
