About Milaris Partners

Milaris Partners is a Paris-based independent M&A advisory firm founded by a Franco-Italian team. Its French legal entity was registered in September 2024 and adopted the Milaris Partners name in June 2025, having previously operated as Varenne Partners.

The firm advises entrepreneurs, shareholders, investors and companies on sell-side and buy-side M&A, growth fundraising, debt and hybrid financing. It targets businesses generating between €5 million and €150 million in revenue and operates across France, Italy and Germany.

Milaris is especially focused on cross-border small- and mid-cap transactions. It combines local teams and multilingual coverage with proprietary AI tools for buyer identification, target sourcing and transaction analysis, and cites more than 50 transactions completed by its partners.
