Marex Group plc (Marex)

Marex Group plc was incorporated in England and Wales in November 2005 and is headquartered in London. It became a Nasdaq-listed public company in April 2024 under the ticker MRX.

Marex provides four core services: clearing, agency and execution, market making, and hedging and investment solutions. Its markets include metals, energy, agriculture, environmental products, foreign exchange, fixed income, equities, digital assets and other financial products, serving corporates, banks, trading houses, hedge funds, asset managers and commodity market participants.

The firm is especially strong in exchange-traded and OTC commodity markets, where it combines liquidity provision, execution, clearing and bespoke hedging. Its scale comes from access to more than 60 exchanges, a broad international office network and a business model that has expanded through acquisitions and product development.
