Established in 2000, Mapletree Investments is headquartered in Singapore and was formed to hold non-port properties transferred from PSA Corporation to Temasek Holdings. It has since expanded into a global real estate platform operating across Asia Pacific, Europe, the UK and the US.

Mapletree combines development, investment, capital management and property management. Its portfolio spans logistics, office, data centres, student accommodation, industrial, retail, residential and mixed-use assets, alongside Singapore-listed REITs and private real estate funds.

Logistics is its largest asset class and a major area of current development activity. In FY25/26, the company said its four core sectors—logistics, office, student housing and data centres—represented 83.2% of total AUM, with logistics alone accounting for 42.5%.
