Founded in London in 1999 through a management buyout of Saratoga, Mako has evolved from traditional options trading into a technology-focused market-making business. Its footprint now spans London, Dublin, Amsterdam, Singapore, Sydney, Brisbane and Chengdu.

Mako provides liquidity across global derivatives markets, primarily through options market making, with activity in equities, fixed income, commodities and FX derivatives.
