Founded in 2009 and headquartered in London, M7 Real Estate is a specialist European real estate investor and asset manager. It operates across eight European markets and combines central investment capabilities with local teams.

M7 focuses on urban and last-mile logistics and other multi-tenanted commercial properties. Its work spans acquisitions, leasing, refurbishment, redevelopment and ongoing asset management, with a practical, hands-on approach aimed at improving occupancy, income and asset value.
