Longspur Capital

Longspur Capital says it was formed in March 2018 through the merger of two investment teams with experience in renewable-energy transactions and UK wind projects. Its legal entity, Longspur Capital Limited, was incorporated in October 2017 and is FCA-authorised and regulated.

The firm advises companies and investors across the energy-transition sector through corporate finance, capital raising, investment and asset management, and equity and thematic research. Its focus includes renewables, energy storage, bioenergy, hydrogen and energy efficiency.

Longspur is especially strong in specialist clean-energy transactions and sector research. Its published examples include equity and debt raises, M&A, project financing and asset sales, while its research platform covers listed clean-energy companies and thematic energy-transition topics.
