KR8 Advisory

KR8 Advisory was launched in January 2025 after being formed by a team of eight Managing Directors with more than 10 years’ experience working together in restructuring. It is a subsidiary of K3 Advisory Group and operates from offices in London, Manchester and Leeds.

The firm advises corporates, lenders, sponsors and other stakeholders on business advisory, capital advisory, restructuring, personal insolvency, real estate and government services. Its work includes independent business reviews, cash-flow monitoring, performance improvement, formal restructuring procedures, insolvency appointments and real-estate restructuring.

KR8 is especially focused on turnaround and restructuring situations where clients need practical financial analysis, operational stabilisation, stakeholder management and implementation support. Following the planned August 2026 combination with Quantuma’s restructuring and forensic accounting business, the broader KR8 platform comprises more than 300 professionals across 11 offices, adding forensic accounting, valuations, eDiscovery and transaction advisory capabilities.
