Keybridge Capital is an independent private-capital advisory firm founded by Don I. Lee, drawing on his investment-banking experience at Morgan Stanley. The firm operates from London, New York and Seoul and positions itself as APAC-centred, with relationships across Europe, the Americas and the Middle East.

The firm advises private-equity, venture, growth-equity, real-assets and fund-of-funds managers on institutional fundraising. It also works on GP-led continuation vehicles, LP stake sales, direct secondary transactions, trade-sale processes, NAV lending, co-GP sponsorship and other structured-capital situations.
