Just Group was formed on 4 April 2016 through the merger of Just Retirement Group and Partnership Assurance Group; the company later adopted the Just Group name. Its registered office is in Reigate, Surrey, and it became part of Brookfield Wealth Solutions after the acquisition completed on 1 April 2026.

The group provides retirement-income products and services to individuals, homeowners, trustees, scheme sponsors and corporate clients. Its activities include defined benefit pension de-risking, guaranteed income for life, care plans and later-life lending such as equity release.

Just is especially strong in UK pension risk transfer and specialist retirement income. It has completed more than 600 defined benefit de-risking transactions, while its individual-retirement business serves more than 700,000 customers and looks after £30 billion of pension savings.
