About Ithaca Energy plc
Established in 2004, Ithaca Energy is a UK North Sea-focused independent oil and gas company. Its growth has been driven by acquisitions and new field developments, including the 2024 combination with Eni UK, which materially expanded its production base and resource position.
The company explores for, develops and produces oil and natural gas across the UK Continental Shelf, with operated assets in the Northern, Central and Southern North Sea, West of Shetland and Moray Firth. Its portfolio includes producing fields, development projects and exploration opportunities, with Rosebank and Cambo among its major West of Shetland assets.
Ithaca is especially strong in consolidating UKCS assets and operating a scaled, diversified portfolio. In 2025 it averaged 119 kboe/d of production, held 658 mmboe of 2P reserves and 2C resources, and continued to pursue bolt-on acquisitions such as additional interests in Seagull and Cygnus.
