Interpath Advisory

Interpath launched in 2021 after the sale of KPMG’s former UK restructuring practice to H.I.G. Europe and the practice’s managing directors. Its team brought a 50-year heritage in restructuring and turnaround work, including major UK insolvency and corporate restructuring mandates.

The firm advises companies, lenders, creditors, investors, pension trustees and public-sector stakeholders. Its core services now span restructuring and insolvency, deal advisory, debt and capital advisory, value creation, forensic services and pensions advisory.

Restructuring remains Interpath’s strongest area, while its advisory business has expanded through international growth and acquisitions. The firm is particularly relevant to students interested in financial distress, complex stakeholder situations, operational improvement, refinancing and transaction execution.
