Impact Consulting

Impact Consulting is the trading name of IC Impact Consulting Ltd, a UK private company incorporated in August 2020. It was founded by Jack Casey and Jamie Abbott to address the gap between academic study and the practical experience employers expect from graduates.

Rather than operating primarily as a conventional strategy consultancy, Impact Consulting designs and delivers work-based learning programmes for universities, employers, governments and foundations. Its offerings include industry projects, dissertation projects, internships, placements and international experiences, delivered online, in person or in hybrid formats.

The firm is strongest in organising professional experience at scale: sourcing host organisations, matching students to projects, coordinating delivery and supporting participants through its Impact Platform. Its client examples include MBA, MSc Management, Business Analytics and HR programmes, with projects covering strategy, finance, sustainability, marketing, operations, technology and AI.
