iAM Capital

Founded in 1997, iAM Capital is a London-based investment group whose current strategy centres on real estate, particularly hospitality and residential assets in Southern Europe. The firm operates within an FCA-regulated UK investment-management structure and uses Luxembourg- and Italy-domiciled alternative investment funds.

iAM Capital invests through value-add acquisitions, co-investments and active asset management. Its current platforms include the ICE II and ICE III real estate funds, alongside a U.S. tax-lien special-situations programme. The firm’s strongest verifiable track record is in repositioning and developing Southern European property, with earlier activity in renewable energy and multi-strategy alternatives.

The firm is smaller and more specialised than a mainstream private-equity house. Its recent activity includes hospitality acquisitions in Spain and Italy, while its historical portfolio includes a €127 million Italian solar transaction involving 11 companies and 34.5MWp of photovoltaic capacity.
