Hive Capital Advisory

Hive Capital Advisory is a UK real estate capital advisory firm incorporated in March 2025 and headquartered in Altrincham, Greater Manchester. It was founded by Nick White, a lender and investor, and launched with backing from the McGoff Group, which also became a cornerstone client.

The firm arranges debt and equity funding for property projects across the UK rather than providing conventional investment-banking services such as M&A or restructuring advice. Its work includes development finance, bridging finance, term funding and commercial mortgages.

Hive is particularly focused on residential, build-to-rent, care, retirement and children’s day nursery projects. Its early activity has centered on development and refinancing transactions, with the firm highlighting direct experience across almost £1bn of real estate transactions over the previous decade.
