Founded in 2011, GP Fund Solutions (GPFS) is a privately held fund administrator headquartered in Latham, New York, with operations serving clients across the US, UK and EU. Its international expansion included UK and Ireland operations and later a Guernsey presence.

GPFS provides fund administration and back-office services for private equity, private debt, real assets, family offices, co-investment and SPV vehicles. Its services include fund accounting, investor and operational reporting, governance and corporate services, emerging-manager support, data analytics and technology.

The firm is especially focused on private-market administration rather than investment management. A third-party industry profile reported $61.76 billion in assets under administration across 296 funds and 30 clients as of June 20, 2026; GPFS has also been recognised in private-fund-operations awards covering administrators in the $50 billion–$500 billion AUA category.
