Founded in 1999 by Hugh Campbell, Per Roman, and Manish Madhvani, GP Bullhound is an independent technology investment bank headquartered in London. It has expanded from its European base into major technology markets across North America, Europe, and Asia.

The firm advises technology companies and investors on mergers and acquisitions, growth capital, and capital raising. Its coverage spans business software and AI, digital services, and consumer technology, including areas such as cybersecurity, fintech, marketplaces, health, and digital media.

GP Bullhound is especially strong in founder-led and growth-stage technology businesses. Its investment arm was separated under the Bullhound Capital brand in 2025; the group also publishes technology research and operates the Northern Tech Awards and other sector-focused initiatives.
