Genuit Group plc

Genuit Group began in 1980 as a manufacturer of extruded and moulded plastics and is headquartered in Leeds. It listed on the London Stock Exchange's Main Market in 2014 and has expanded through acquisitions, including Nu-Heat, Adey, Sky Garden, Monodraught and Davidson Holdings.

The group develops and manufactures products for the built environment across two divisions: Climate and Water. Its portfolio covers low-carbon heating and cooling, mechanical and natural ventilation, indoor-air quality, drainage, plumbing, stormwater management, water efficiency and green-infrastructure solutions.

Genuit is especially strong where construction intersects with climate adaptation and energy efficiency. Its growth strategy focuses on practical products that help manage flooding and water scarcity, reduce building energy use, improve ventilation and lower the embodied or operational carbon of construction.
