Established in 2010, FRP Advisory is a UK-headquartered business advisory firm serving companies, lenders, investors, owners and individuals. It operates primarily in the mid-market and has expanded through organic growth and targeted acquisitions.

Its services cover Restructuring Advisory, Corporate Finance, Debt Advisory, Financial Advisory, Forensic Services and, from 2026, Real Estate Advisory. Work includes insolvency appointments, turnaround advice, M&A, financial due diligence, debt raising and refinancing, valuations, disputes and investigations.

FRP is particularly strong in restructuring and insolvency: in FY2026 it remained the leading UK administration appointment-taker by volume, with a 14% share of appointments. Its Corporate Finance business ranked 16th among UK M&A advisers and completed 96 Corporate Finance and Debt Advisory transactions during the year.
