Founded in London in 2011 by Francesco Filia, Fasanara Capital is an independent, owner-managed alternative asset manager. It provides institutional investors with exposure to alternative credit and quantitative strategies, and is authorised and regulated by the UK Financial Conduct Authority.

Its core business is technology-enabled asset-based finance: short-duration, secured lending backed by invoices, trade receivables and other real-economy cash flows. Fasanara originates through a global network of fintech lenders, financing SMEs and consumers across more than 60 countries. The firm also runs digital-asset and quantitative strategies.
