ExodusPoint Capital Management

ExodusPoint was founded in 2017 by Michael Gelband and Hyung Lee, both former senior executives at Millennium Management, and began managing outside investor capital in 2018. Its launch raised more than $8 billion, making it the largest hedge-fund startup at the time.

The firm operates a multi-manager, multi-strategy platform across liquid equity and fixed-income markets. Portfolio managers receive capital, technology, infrastructure and risk-management support, while the central platform allocates capital and monitors risk across strategies.
