DC Advisory

DC Advisory is the international investment-banking business of Daiwa Securities Group. Its platform spans Asia, Europe and the US, with the firm's Asia M&A teams operating under the DC Advisory name since May 2020.

The firm advises corporates, private equity sponsors and other financial investors on M&A, debt raisings and restructurings, private capital markets and secondary advisory. It reports more than 750 professionals across 24 locations and 11 industry-focused teams.

DC Advisory is particularly visible in mid-market and cross-border transactions, with notable sector depth in Industrials, Infrastructure, Healthcare, Technology and Business Services. In 2025, it reported a top-three global ranking for mid-market Industrials M&A and won IJGlobal's Refinance of the Year for advising GETEC on a €3.1 billion refinancing.
