Founded in 2006, Centerview Partners is a privately held, independent investment-banking advisory firm headquartered in New York, with offices in London, Paris, Menlo Park, and San Francisco. The firm says it has advised on approximately $4 trillion in transactions since its founding.

Centerview advises companies, boards, and stakeholders on strategic transactions, independent board matters, shareholder activism, capital advisory, and restructuring and recapitalization. Its model is advisory-led rather than built around lending or underwriting from a large balance sheet.
