CCaventus Asset Management LP

CCaventus is the renamed successor to Arena Investors, LP, which was established in 2015 through Westaim’s partnership with Bernard Partners. The firm became CCaventus Asset Management LP in September 2026 as part of Aventus Capital’s integrated insurance and asset-management platform.

The New York-based manager invests across corporate credit, real estate, structured finance and other asset-oriented opportunities. It provides tailored financing and liquidity solutions for complex or time-sensitive transactions, including situations that may not fit conventional bank lending.

Its distinctive strength is flexible, asset-focused underwriting across multiple credit strategies, supported by institutional sponsors and permanent capital. The predecessor Arena platform reported more than $5 billion deployed since inception, with typical investments ranging from $5 million to $50 million.
