Bryan, Garnier & Co

Founded in 1996 by Olivier Garnier and Shelby Bryan, Bryan, Garnier & Co built an independent investment-banking franchise around European high-growth companies. Stifel completed its acquisition of the firm on June 2, 2025, and began integrating the business into its European platform.

The firm advises public and private companies, private equity firms and institutional investors on M&A, equity capital markets, private placements and other growth-financing transactions. Its sector focus spans technology, healthcare, consumer and business services, supported by equity research and institutional sales capabilities.

Bryan Garnier is especially strong in technology and healthcare, where its teams combine sector specialization with cross-border execution. Its healthcare practice covers biotechnology, pharmaceuticals, medtech, diagnostics and healthcare services, while its technology practice covers software and other innovation-driven businesses.
